Workshop: Introduction to Git and version control

Evening - from 9 PM to 11 PM

Objective

Git is an open source distributed version control system that allows developers to track and manage changes made to project files over time.

In this meeting we will introduce the tool, discuss how to collaborate with other users and explore potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

Required materials:

• If possible, bring a PC with Git installed
• GitHub/GitLab account (optional, but recommended)

Duration: 2 hours

Cost: A minimum contribution of 5 euros is required for participation, this helps us support the association’s activities. Participation is free for members.
